Becky Williams is based in Bristol, where she graduated with a degree in Fine Art from the University of the West of England in 2014, and completed a one year printmaking course at Spike Print Studio in 2017. She works predominantly with gouache, Promarkers, and screen-printing, as these media lend themselves to the jarring colour clashes and sickly pastel softness she favours in her practice. She is inspired by preteen horror TV shows of the 90s, Medieval occult art, and cowboys. |
